Greg Crandell is DigitalMailer's eMarketing strategy expert. As the company's Executive Vice President/ Sales & Business Development, Greg brings extensive management and e-commerce experience to DigitalMailer. Along with his many years of financial institution management experience, Greg has played leading roles in the start-ups of several financial technology companies, the development of new payment and delivery services, strategic planning for business growth opportunities, and the creation of a new data/operations center and remote processing sites. He brings his wide-range of marketing expertise and business insights to his industry presentations, professional writings and blog posts.
Mark Milligan has held sales and channel development positions with leading North American electronic bill payment and presentment providers, as well as e-document management solutions. Previously, he cofounded a global provider of electronic messaging services for international financial institutions. He also managed a London-based marketing and sales organization with offices in four countries, and participated in the launch of a UK company that offers e-billing services to finance companies and local governments. Mark will assist organizations of all sizes in using newer communications channels to successfully compete with the largest institutions.
Lenny manages all aspects of the technology group including strategy, long-term technology vision, software development, architecture and design, hosting centers, vendors, resources, and driving innovation across the company. In addition, he handles the planning, organization, and day-to-day operations of the technology team. Prior to joining DMI, Lenny was a software architect at Scottish Re, which is a holding company that acts as re-insurance company for life insurance and annuities. In addition, Lenny was a senior developer and DBA for Progressive Software, a software development company that creates point of sale software for the hospitality industry. He designed and developed the installation process for their flagship product, and was involved in the development of a SaaS customer loyalty platform, and web based labor scheduling application.
